Standard and late temporary event notices

Temporary event notices can be done electronically or written. If it is submitted written then it needs to be given to;

• licensing authority
• Police
• Environmental health

Standard TEN: A temporary event notice is given, no later than ten working days before the day on which the event period begins.

Late TEN: it is given, no later than five working days, but no earlier than nine working days, before the day the event period begins, or

Where a temporary event notice is given by the premises user, the licensing authority must give a written a acknowledgement of the receipt.  of the notice] to the premises user before the end of the first working day following the day on which it was received. Premises user can withdraw the notice no later than 24 hours before the event.
