Late Night Refreshment
A Premises License is required for the sale of hot food and beverages between 23.00 at night and 05.00 in the morning. It applies to consumption inside and outside the premises.
- In some cases, a license is not required to sell hot food and drink; For example, food and beverages sold in hotels, guesthouses and vending machines are exempt from the license.
- If a hot food and beverage business does not sell alcoholic beverages, there is no need for a personal license holder.
